The client was a major ERP vendor with prominent market share worldwide. Their ERP package included features to support manufacturing production management, cost management and point-of-sales management adopted by over 500 companies in the industry since 1996.
Despite their size of operation and assistance from an offshore development partner, it lacked clear QA process and centralized documentations. SHIFT ASIA had the honor to work with them to address those challenges with speed and agility.
Collaborating with multiple players and contributors, our team was able to absorb all details and plan out a revised QA scheme that would bring different teams closer with more clarity in the process. Existing product development team lacked resources dedicated and experienced in regression testing, and we were also able to supplement that by our specialized headcounts. Though we were able to internalize the process, we continue to support whenever need be for the client.
