Inconsistency and lack of resource in quality assurance department had been a prolonging problem for every product / feature release. Often, release was delayed due to a number of malfunctions newly found during acceptance testing. ASIA team joined the project and worked with their quality assurance team in an attempt to revise regression test design and execute to achieve better comprehensiveness.
By exhaustive testing performed by SHIFT ASIA based on improved test cases, malfunctions were found earlier in the development process. Therefore, planned feature releases experienced fewer instances of degrade in functionality and contributed to establishing on-time release cycle.
