Before joining SHIFT ASIA, I honed my marketing skills over nearly 13 years in the industry. Most recently, I worked as a Marketing Manager for a software company that provides SaaS solutions for the hospitality industry. This experience equipped me with a strong foundation in digital marketing, strategy development, and team management.

Joining SHIFT ASIA marked a significant career shift as I transitioned into a Marketing Consultant role, overseeing global market activities. This is my first time working for a Japanese company, and I’ve found the cultural and managerial differences to be significant. However, these differences have provided valuable learning opportunities and helped me grow personally and professionally. It’s been a rewarding experience filled with growth and adaptation.

A daily life of

A typical day for me starts with some light exercise to get energized for the day ahead. Once I start my work, I juggle various tasks and meetings. Occasionally, I enjoy short breaks to interact with my “furry companions”. While they can be demanding, especially during meetings, their playful interruptions add a bit of fun to my day. Overall, I balance my professional responsibilities with moments of lightheartedness and personal care.
