After graduating with a major in Japanese, my language skills opened doors to various industries. Before SHIFT ASIA, I thrived as a Director’s Assistant in manufacturing.

What motivates me to in the IT field? The IT field offers a fulfilling blend of problem-solving and bridging the gap between business and technology. Witnessing the rapid evolution of technology is both exciting and motivating. There’s always something new to learn and discover, keeping the work dynamic and engaging.

A daily life of

My workday typically starts around 7:45 AM at the office. After grabbing a coffee, I check messages from clients and colleagues. Keeping everyone informed is crucial, so I regularly update project information for our clients.

Mornings often begin with a team meeting to kickstart the day. This helps us prioritize tasks and ensure everyone’s aligned on project goals. Throughout the day, I meticulously handle assigned tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As the day winds down, I synthesize data and send comprehensive daily reports to our clients.
