โœ… No software testing experience is needed. All we require is a proactive learning attitude and readiness for new challenges!

5. Recruitment Process

  • Application Period: November 1, 2025 – December 15, 2025.
  • Interview Period: November 10, 2025 – December 15, 2025.
  • Program Start Date: January 5, 2026.
  • Training Duration: 4 weeks (3 days/week).

A: Yes. This is a specialized program designed for Japanese Language students, training future human resources for the Japanese tech market.

Q: Can a student without a major in Japanese join the program?

A: The program is available to all final-year students with strong Japanese language skills, regardless of their major.

Q: Do Pre-Interns receive a salary/allowance?

A: This is an intensive training program. Therefore, no allowance or salary is provided for Pre-Interns.

Q: Do I need to bring my own computer?

A: The company will provide desktop computers and all necessary tools and software for the training duration.

Q: Can I join the training online/remotely?

A: Due to the confidential nature of the training materials and for the best learning experience, all Pre-Interns are required to be physically present at our office.

Q: Is the program schedule flexible?

A: The training schedule is fixed. In case of absence or inability to continue, you must notify your Mentor directly.

Q: What happens after the program ends?

A: You will receive a certificate of completion and detailed feedback from your Mentor to support your personal and career development. Outstanding Pre-Interns will have the opportunity for official employment or part-time project work (subject to company needs).
