Founded in 2005, the SHIFT Group extended into SHIFT ASIA in 2016.
“Our mission was to offer Japan-quality software testing to the rest of APAC and the rest of the world, after we achieved the #1 share in the Japanese market,” One of the founding members and Operation Director Morris Katsunori tells us.
Not long after its founding, Kate Pham joined the team. “I love everything about quality assurance,” she says.
“I wanted to join a leading company in the field to help solve the testing talent shortage many businesses face. SHIFT ASIA was that leading company.”
Now, she and her coworkers spend their days making an impact on their client’s businesses with their leading talent and development expertise. And while SHIFT ASIA is renowned for their skilled testers, that’s not the only thing that sets them apart.
