The client, a crypto wallet exchange helping millions of users safely store and spend major crypto currencies and cash along with other assets, has a global chain of commands and SHIFT ASIA had the honor to assist on qa operation for their applications.
Taking advantages of global pool of talents, their development and qa teams are truly international and well-organized. However, with the app being used by global audience in large scale, running repetitive regression testing and keeping up with user raised bug reports was time-consuming. In order to solve lack of specialized resources and help developers focus on core product development and feature releases, handful of experienced testers and designers joined the team to facilitate smoother and faster bug reproduction.
Working closely with QA manager and developers, we were able to execute all delayed regression tests and also supplemented by ad-hoc testing based on our proven methodology. As a result, months-long project reproduced majority of already raised bugs and detected new bugs that added 50% more to the stack saving users from having bad experiences. CAT enabled seamless operation and reporting to add to their management as well.
